* Be integrated into teacher's curriculum

* Reach the standards for Technological Literacy set by the district

* Be exciting and engaging for the students

The first criteria will be met through a dedicated effort to maintain communication with all teaching staff. I will ask them what they are doing in their classes, suggest possible ways of enhancing this instruction through technology, and recieve feedback on the effectiveness of specific methods.

The second criteria will be met by long term planning on my part. I will attempt to create lesson plans showing how each item of the technology standards are being addressed. I will create activities that provide a measureable account of the advancement of student's technological prowess. I will then use this information to focus on areas that are in need of attention. The veraciy of my conclusions depends upon my ability to evaluate the results of my lessons.

This last criteria may prove to be the most challenging. I will need to create an open atmosphere with students so that I can tune into their interests and passions. I will need to balence my academic goals with the sheer entertainment potential of technology. I can best facilitate this process through mutual respect and repoor with the students.
